To receive an accurate quotation, the more complete your information, the closer our pricing reflects real costs. We typically need five core dimensions: first, the exact product dimensions—length, width, and height—which directly determine material usage and box structure. Second, the substrate and surface treatment, such as SBS paper, flute type, and whether lamination, hot stamping, or UV is required. Third, the printing colors—four-color process or Pantone spot, single-sided or full-bleed double-sided—which affect plate charges and ink costs. Fourth, the order quantity; packaging has a steep cost curve, and the unit price difference between 5,000 and 50,000 units can exceed 30%. Fifth, if possible, please share design files, renderings, product photos, or even physical samples so we can assess process complexity and propose better alternatives.
We also understand that many clients start with only a rough concept. In that case, tell us what the product is, where it will be sold, and your approximate budget range. Our packaging consultants can recommend matched materials and styles with reference cases and detailed specs. From a rough sketch to finished production, we are used to turning your uncertainties into executable plans, rather than pushing the burden back to you.
