What is the standard of package?

Our default shipping standard follows export-grade specifications. Products are grouped by quantity into five-wall corrugated master cartons made of high-strength kraft liner, with burst and edge-crush ratings lab-tested to survive sea-freight stacking and long-haul vibration. Void spaces inside are filled with eco-friendly paper pads or bubble wrap to prevent movement and impact. Each master carton carries a clear shipping mark indicating product name, specifications, quantity, gross/net weight, and batch number, facilitating customs clearance and warehouse sorting at destination. Palletization is optional and recommended for bulk orders to optimize forklift handling and container space.

If you have special requirements, we fully support custom packaging protocols. For example, gift sets may require a three-layer structure of OPP bag + color box + master carton, or e-commerce clients may need reserved zones for courier labels and fragile stickers on the outer box. Some brand clients specify biodegradable materials, specific recycling symbols, or mixed-SKU packing within one master carton to save overseas warehouse sorting time. As long as these needs are communicated upfront, we implement them directly during production, eliminating the need for reprocessing after delivery.
